Need to send something back? You have 14 business days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in the same condition you received them, with original tags attached.

To start a return, email us at info@vieuxfortune.com.

Please note that you're responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Give us 5-7 business days to get that sorted.

Want a different size or color? We accept exchanges. Just follow the return process and let us know what you'd like instead.
